Great news for the afternoon viewing brigade - the second series of Pugwall goes into production in November.
The Australian series attracted a good response when it began screening on Channel 9 in June.
The star of the show is Peter Unwin George Wall (P.U.G. Wall) a 13-year-old who wants to be a rock star as well as a spy and a beach bum.
Newcomer Jason Torrens plays Pugwall but there are some old hands in the grown up cast such as Ken James as his father and Maurie Fields as Huncle Harry.
The contemporary childrens series was entertaining veiwing with a lively musical score. Hopefully the follow-up will be just as good.
